RUBBER ACTIVATOR

Property:

Using rubber activator there are free radicals cracked from the rubber recycling process.The activator can accelerate the thermal oxidation rate and at the same time stabilize the free radicals split from large molecular structure of vulcanized rubber.The activator acts as the acceptor of free radicals,thus accelerating splitting and destruction of vulcanized rubber structure, preventing the re-aggaregation of rubber molecular chains, and achieving the regeneration of vulcanized rubber.But the product can not be used in alkaline, because it will significantly decrease the activity;that is to say it should be used in neutral or slightly acidic conidtion (such as in rosin or pine tar with resin acids ,fatty acids). The product also has a signficant effect on the synthesis of regenerated chloroprene,NBR,SBR,etc.

Appearance : Viscous dark brown material

2. Combined sulfur content (Total sulfur content - free sulfur content): ≥8%

3. Free sulfur content:  ≤ 2%

Using percentage in rubber : 0.3%-0.5%
